We need to check the reason for the return. If your parcel is returned or abandoned due to customs inspection, TrendyPicker will refund the item price. The delivery fee is not included. Therefore we kindly suggest customers check customs regulations. If your parcel is returned due to the customer’s personal reasons, such as absence, non-payment of taxes, wrong address, inability to contact, TrendyPicker cannot issue a refund for either the item price or the delivery fee.
