    3) Community & User Interaction

    - User-generated content including product reviews, ratings, and Q&A participation
    - Community-based features such as following, commenting, and sharing

    4) Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

    - Partner programs for influencers, including curated product collections and group-buying ("공구") campaigns
    - Hosting influencer-led promotional events and co-branded content

    5) Social Media Integration

    - Access to Bridge on's official social media content via embedded feeds and direct links (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Thread etc.)
    - Optional login and account integration through social media platforms

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any portion of the Services at any time, including but not limited to features, content, or availability.
    Certain features may require account registration. Some services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or eligibility requirements, which will be provided as needed.

    4. User Account

    To access certain features of our Services — such as placing orders, writing reviews, or participating in community discussions — you may be required to create a user account.

    1) Account Creation

    5. Payments and Billing

    All prices are displayed in USD. and are exclusive of any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
    You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities upon delivery.

    1) Payment Methods

    We accept secure payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
    All payments are processed by certified third-party payment providers. Bridge on does not store your full credit card or payment details.

    2) Currency and Fees

    All orders are processed in [USD or your selected currency].
    If your local currency is different, your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or transaction fees.
    Bridge on is not responsible for these additional charges.

    3) Order Confirmation

    Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
    Orders will not be shipped until payment is successfully received.

    4) Customs and Import Duties

    Products are shipped from South Korea. Import duties, taxes, and related fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
    These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

    Please check your local customs policies before placing an order.

    5) Refunds and Cancellations

    Please refer to our [see below for details] for details on returns, refunds, and cancellations.
    Bridge on reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, policy violations, or pricing errors.

    6. Refund Policy

    Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted. Please review all product details carefully before confirming your order.

    In addition, We do not offer exchange services at this time.

    1. Change of Mind, Order Mistakes, or Incorrect Address

    If you change your mind, made an error during ordering, or provided an incorrect shipping address, you may request a refund.

    - Customers must return the item (in part or in full) to the Bridge on warehouse.
    - Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
    - Only the product price will be refunded via Bridge on points. Initial shipping fees, including those offered as part of a free shipping promotion, are non-refundable.

    2. Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

    If your item is defective, incorrectly delivered or missing in part or in full:

    - Items that must be returned, send them to our warehouse and provide your return tracking number and delivery receipt.
    - Return shipping fees will be reimbursed in Bridge on points. (Shipping fee to Bridge on warehouse)
    - The item fee will be reimbursed in the original payment method.

    3. Broken or Lost Items During Shipping

    An investigation will be initiated with the carrier responsible for delivery.

    Since local deliveries are handled by local carriers, customers must actively cooperate with their investigation process.

    Investigations take approximately 21 business days but may vary depending on local carrier policies.

    If the carrier contacts customers via call or email, your prompt response is required. If no response is received, the investigation may not be processed.

    1) Broken Items:

    The item’s value will be reimbursed in Bridge on points.

    2) Lost Items:

    The item’s value and delivery fee (only for paid shipping options) will be refunded to your original payment method.

    Note: Free shipping is not eligible for delivery fee reimbursement.

    4. Customs Inspection

    If your parcel is abandoned or returned due to customs inspection, both the product cost and shipping fee are non-refundable.

    Refunds of duties and taxes for any issues including loss or damage occurring after customs clearance must be requested directly by the customer in accordance with the regulations of the importing country.

    We strongly recommend you to check your local customs policies before placing an order.

    5. Notice: Before Requesting a Refund

    - Items must be returned in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
    - Free gifts must also be included; returns are not accepted if free gifts are missing.
    - Refund is not possible if packaging has been damaged or labels removed.

    6. Discount Coupons/Reward points

    - Reward points are granted after delivery is complete.
    - Used coupons or points will be returned to your account upon cancellation or refund.
    - Refunds are issued for the actual amount paid after discounts or using points.

    7. Refund Not Accepted For:

    1) Refund Not Accepted For:

    Items reported more than 7 days after the date of delivery completion.
    Items that show any signs of usage.
    Items have been damaged intentionally.
    Items returned without prior notice or a return request.
    Items that have been opened.
    Items that are part of promotional offers:
    - Buy 1 get 1 free items
    - Clearance items
    - Any events items

    If you change your mind, return shipping will be charged to you.

    2) This withdrawal right does not apply to:

    - Digital content already accessed or downloaded
    - Customized or personalized items
    - Perishable goods or hygiene-related items with broken seals

    In the event of a change of mind, return transportation costs will be charged.

    8. Cancellation

    Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.
    Please review all product details carefully before confirming your order.

    9. Refund Request Process

    1) Submit a request via My Account > Refund
    2) Send your return package to our warehouse once approved
    3) Provide the return tracking number and delivery receipt (Return fees to Bridge on warehouse due to seller fault will be refunded in Bridge on points.)

    Refunds can be issued to your original payment method (full refund only) or as Bridge on points (for partial cancellations).

    To cancel your refund request, please contact us via email.

    7. User Responsibilities

    By using Bridge on’s Services, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.
    You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Services, including any content you submit, post, or share.

    1) Prohibited Activities

    You agree *not to engage in any of the following*:

    - Impersonating any person, brand, or entity, or falsely claiming affiliation
    - Providing false or misleading information during registration or when using the Services
    - Posting or sharing offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or illegal content
    - Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
    - Engaging in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or use of bots
    - Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
    - Harassing, stalking, or threatening other users or staff
    - Manipulating reviews, ratings, or participation in influencer programs
    - Interfering with or attempting to breach the platform’s security or systems
    - Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws

    2) Community & Content Rules

    If you contribute content (reviews, comments, posts, etc.), you agree that:

    - Your contributions must be honest, original, and respectful
    - You must not post promotional or spam content
    - Bridge on reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate
    - We reserve the right to hide, moderate, or delete any content that is false, misleading, or harmful to our community.
    - Participation in our influencer program must follow additional terms and may be suspended for dishonest engagement or abuse.

    3) Account Use

    You must use your account solely for personal and lawful purposes.
    You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

    You agree not to attempt to reverse‑engineer, copy, or exploit any portion of the platform.

    Bridge on reserves the right to investigate and take action, including suspension or termination of accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content made available through Bridge on's Services — including but not limited to product images, graphics, logos, icons, text, videos, website layout, and digital materials — is the exclusive property of Bridge on or its licensors, partners, or content creators, and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    You may not reproduce, distribute, display, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

    1) User-Generated Content

    By submitting or posting content (such as product reviews, comments, photos, or other materials) on Bridge on, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, translate, and distribute such content in connection with our Services and marketing.

    You represent and warrant that:
    - You own the rights to your submitted content or have permission to use it
    - Your content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws
    - You grant Bridge on the right to use it without liability or obligation

    We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any user content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, or for any reason at our sole discretion.

    2) Trademarks

    “Bridge on” and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bridge on or its affiliates.
    You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

    All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used in the Services are the property of their respective owners.
    Content shared from third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube) may remain the property of those platforms or original creators.
    By tagging or mentioning Bridge on, users grant us permission to repost or feature their content with proper attribution.

    3) Copyright Infringement – DMCA Notice (for U.S. users)

    We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
    If you believe that content posted on our Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated copyright agent:

    1) By User

    You may terminate your account and stop using the Services at any time by contacting our customer support team or using the account settings page.

    ※Please note that termination of your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

    2) By Bridge on

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, access, or use of the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

    - You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
    - You use the Services in a way that may cause harm to others or our systems
    - Required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

    3) Effects of Termination

    Upon termination:
